What is the difference between Copic Sketch, Ciao, and Classic markers?
Copic Sketch is our most popular professional marker with 358 colors and a Super Brush nib. Ciao is an entry-level version with the same ink and nibs but a smaller barrel. Classic markers feature a larger ink capacity and a Broad/Fine nib combination.
Are Copic markers refillable?
Yes, all Copic markers are designed to be sustainable. You can refill them using Copic Ink bottles, and all nibs are replaceable, ensuring your markers can last a lifetime.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-5 days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
What is your return policy for art supplies?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of professional art supplies, we cannot accept returns on markers that have been used or unsealed.
Do Copic markers fade over time?
Copic markers use high-quality, alcohol-based dye inks. While they are highly resistant to aging, they are not classified as lightfast. We recommend storing finished artwork in portfolios or using UV-protective glass when framing.
